Quincy Brewing Company
Quincy Brewing Company is situated on 6th Street in Quincy. Previously the street-level space was spread across 3 separate buildings with various uses. During this project, we combined all three buildings into one space by opening up the brick walls between them. This created a large, open layout for the brewery to provide ample seating and have a space for their equipment. Additionally, we renovated the five apartment units above the brewery.

The masonry work was a challenging but rewarding part of this project. We had to create large openings into a wall that supported the floors above, which meant making sure we created the opening so they properly supported the load.
